Know Before You Go
Box Office & Will Call
- 📍 Box office will be located right outside of the Festival Entrance on Columbus Drive between Balbo and Ida B Wells.
- 🕐 Saturday & Sunday: 11 AM – 9:30 PM.
What to Bring
- Your Order Email Confirmation
- Credit Card used (or a photo of it)
- Your Photo ID & a valid Photo ID matching the Credit Card (or a photo of it)
Festival Entry
- Bring your valid government issued ID (photos of ID’s will not be accepted)
- Pro Tip: Peak hours are from 1-4pm, plan accordingly and give yourself extra time to enter the festival grounds.
