  • 📍 Box office will be located right outside of the Festival Entrance  on Columbus Drive between Balbo and Ida B Wells.
  • 🕐 Saturday & Sunday: 11 AM – 9:30 PM.

What to Bring

  • Your Order Email Confirmation
  • Credit Card used (or a photo of it)
  • Your Photo ID & a valid Photo ID matching the Credit Card (or a photo of it)

Festival Entry

  • Bring your valid government issued ID (photos of ID’s will not be accepted)
  • Pro Tip: Peak hours are from 1-4pm, plan accordingly and give yourself extra time to enter the festival grounds.

IMPORTANT:

Do not put on or tighten your wristband until you’re ready to attend the festival, as they cannot be loosened or removed. If you end up needing a replacement, there will be a $25 wristband replacement fee.

Getting to Sueños

We highly encourage using public transportation like the CTA & Metra to avoid traffic and delays. Rideshare services and biking are also recommended.
